1.    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 These “terms and conditions” are the terms and conditions upon which Ameya Flowers (“we/us”) makes available to you and any of our services which are accessible on or via the Ameya Flowers website.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ameya Flowers Site and the Ameya Flowers Service.

1. Ameya Flowers Products
1.1 All Ameya Flowers Products as depicted on this website (as may be varied from time to time) are intended for delivery within the UAE, unless specified otherwise.
1.2 All Ameya Flowers Products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute Ameya Flowers Product of equivalent value and quality without notice, as per our substitution policy.
1.3 In the event that we are unable to supply the Ameya Flowers Product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.

2. Prices
2.1 All Prices listed on the Ameya Flowers site are valid for a maximum of 15 days of submitting your purchase form.All our prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirham and we accept payments in AED Only.

2.2. We reserve the right to change the prices of the products of Ameya Flowers site, as deemed reasonable by us.

3. Orders/Payment
3.1 You will be given clear instructions to follow to navigate the Order Form and you shall be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate address details, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details. We accept payment by Visa & Master credit and/or debit cards only and any other credit and/or debit cards as we may specify from time to time. By clicking on the ‘Proceed’ button on the Order Form, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the Ameya Flowers site.
3.2 We cannot accept Order Forms from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years.
3.3 Cancellation of orders will be subject to 20% Handling Fee.

4. Delivery

4.1       Standard Delivery Timings – 9AM to 7PM. Charges will be as applicable for orders below Dhs. 200 from Dhs.35.00 – Dhs.50.00. we are closed on all public holidays and Fridays.

4.2       We can deliver after office hours on special occasions to suit your needs Special Deliveries – 7PM to11PM. We also deliver on week ends and holidays, additional charges applicable. Please request a quote when ordering or sending a mail to hello@ameyaflowers.com

4.3       Same Day deliveries are accepted on prior booking and confirmation basis. Please get in touch with our team.

4.4       We deliver all over UAE including Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, RAK, UAQ, Fujairah. Please check with us before ordering.

4.5       Incorrect contact or Location details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate location Map, contact numbers of the intended recipient and your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

4.6       In case of delivery to certain locations where a third party/Security/Authority Governmental are involved, such as Free Zones, Office Towers, hospitals, airports, hotels and ships prior approval from the ordering/receiving party is required. If the approval is not obtained the party will be advised to collect the delivery from the closest point. We do not wait for more than 15 minutes at any given location.

4.7       It is the responsibility of the ordering party or receiving party to answer their phones/secure permissions for entry once our driver reaches delivery location. Our driver will call the ordering party or receiving party 2-3 times and if unanswered & our driver leaves the location all such deliveries will be deemed as complete and no refunds will be entertained.

5. Ameya Flowers Customer Services

5.2 Because of the perishable nature of Ameya Flowers Products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.

6. Disclaimer
6.1 Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Ameya Flowers Site and/or the Ameya Flowers Service is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the Ameya Flowers Site and/or the Ameya Flowers Service and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the Ameya Flowers Site and/or the Ameya Flowers Service impossible or impractical.

7. General
7.1 We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted access to the Ameya Flowers Site and/or the Ameya Flowers Service from time to time. We will post any changes on the Ameya Flowers Site and it is your responsibility as a customer to review the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you access the Ameya Flowers Service or Ameya Flowers Site. Changes will be effective five (5) hours after the posting of any such change and all subsequent dealings between you and us shall be on the new terms and conditions.
7.2 Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Ameya Flowers Site and/or the Ameya Flowers Services for any reason at any time.
7.3 Your purchase will be deemed to have occurred in the UAE. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UAE Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

8. Loyalty Points
8.1 Loyalty points have no monetary value and cannot be converted into cash.
8.2 Points can only be used to purchase the products described on this page.
8.3 Points cannot be used as part payment against items.
8.4 Points do not hold an expiry date and can be used whenever the customer wishes to, within the terms and conditions of the scheme.
8.5 Ameya Flowers reserve the right to discontinue the points scheme at any time.

Changes & Cancellations

Changes 

If you wish to make any changes to your order such as delivery date, delivery location, message on the card, etc., please email any changes to hello@ameyaflowers.com stating your changes and order reference number.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

(1) Any cancellations made before 2:00pm AST (Arabian Standard Time) the day prior to scheduled delivery will be provided with 100 % refund.

(2) If the cancellation is received after 2:00pm AST (Arabian Standard Time) a 50% refund will issued.

(3) If your gift is en route on the delivery day or has been delivered we will be unable to Cancel or Refund the order.

Privacy Policy

Ameya Flowers, recognizes and respects the importance of maintaining the privacy of our customers, registered members ("Members") and users, and has established this Privacy Policy as a result. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you of:

  • the personal information we may collect from you when you visit our web site, respond to our emails, place orders via mail or fax, or otherwise contact us via telephone, email, fax or mail,
  • why we gather information from you,
  • how we collect it,
  • how we use it, and
  • the choices you have regarding our use of personal information you have provided.

Note: You must be 18 years or older to use, subscribe or register as a member of Ameya Flowers. The Web Site is a general audience site and we do not knowingly collect, maintain or disclose personal information from or about children.

Ameya Flowers gathers personal information to help improve our products and customer service, to communicate with you, to process your orders, to provide an enhanced and more personalized shopping experience and to inform you, and your gift and message recipients, of special offers and discounts from us.

Only Members have the right to view and edit their Address Book entries.

How we use "Cookies" and "Action Tags".

A "cookie" is a small data file sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer. We use cookies to let us know that you are a prior customer, user or Member and to provide certain features to you. Most web browsers allow you to instruct the browser to prevent the use of cookies. However, if you disable this feature, certain aspects of the Ameya FlowersWeb Site, such as the shopping cart, may not function properly.

Ameya Flower operates in the UAE. If you are located outside the UAE, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to the UAE. By using the Web Site or otherwise providing us with information, you hereby consent to this transfer.

In addition, if you submit data to us about other individuals (such as your message and gift recipients), you agree that you have obtained consent from each such individual to the submission, transfer and processing of the information. Although personal information collected by us through the Web Site, emails, and telephone is used by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy, laws generally applicable to the protection of personal data in the UAE may not be as stringent as those in other countries.

Links to Other Web Sites

Ameya Flowers wants you to be aware that when you click on links and/or ad banners that take you to affiliated or third-party web sites, you will be subject to the privacy policies and terms of use of those web sites, not ours. We encourage you to read the posted privacy statement and user terms whenever using, and prior to providing any personal information to, any other web site.

Security and Passwords

If you place an order on our Web site, it encrypts the credit card number you submit prior to transmission over the Internet using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology. This technology works best when the Web Site is viewed using Microsoft's Internet Explorer®, Mozilla Firefox® or Google Chrome®. However, no transmission of data over the Internet or any other network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Although we make reasonable efforts to safeguard personal information once we receive it, we cannot warrant the security of information we receive.

Portions of the Web Site (such as our Member registration and Address Book) may require registration and log-in processes in which you will select a user ID and password (collectively, the "Password"). Passwords provided to you by us are the confidential property of the Company and may be used by you solely for your individual use of the Web Site (and otherwise as specified by us). Corrections

If you would like to update or correct information previously provided to us, please send an e-mail with your new information, including your complete name, postal address, and email address to info@ameyaflowers.com.

Members can modify and update their membership information (including name, mailing address, telephone number and email address) by accessing the password-protected "Edit Personal Info" page.

Your Consent and Changes to this Policy

Subject to the above provisions, by using our Web Site, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, of which this policy is a part. We may change our Privacy Policy from time to time as new features or services are added, suggestions from our customers are incorporated or other changes are made. SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Flowers -

Ameya Flowers will try to deliver flower arrangements as shown on the site, but at times it is practically not possible to replicate the same due to the nature of the flowers and seasonal constraints.

Since all the flowers are not available in all the seasons and to make sure that your order is not delayed due to non-availabilty of a particular flower, we will substitute that particular flower with the flower of same or higher value.

Ameya Flowers guarantees that all orders will be filled to the value in case the item ordered is not available. Our substitution policy will make sure that the size and shape of the arrangement remains the same and the value of the flowers substituted are either of same value or of greater value.

To simplify this, the first priority is not to miss the occasion. The substitution policy is there to make sure that your flowers are delivered on the desired delivery date. In making substitutions, we take great care and consideration in replacing them with flowers that meet or exceed the expectations of both the sender and recipient.

Our service providers are not only the best in their trade but are also creative and professional florists who recreate these designs based on their creative interpretation and of course seasonal and regional availability keeping in mind and paying careful attention to overall shape, size, style, and color combinations.

If you don't want any substitution in your order, please ask beforehand about the particular flowers that are available in the city where you want the order to be delivered so that there is no disappointment or confusion later on.

Cakes -

Even though we strive to deliver the freshest quality cakes and of the same flavor as ordered but sometimes substitutions may be unavoidable depending on local availability and regional constraints.

In extremely warm weather conditions where there is a chance of a particular flavor of cake reaching the destination in a melted form; it may be substituted with other flavor so that the highest quality edibles are delivered to your recipient.

In cases where the message which is to be inscribed on the cake is long or the design of the cake is such that writing is not possible then it will be written on a separate card that will be attached with the cake.

Fruits -

It is important to remember that fruit is a perishable, natural product that will react to their immediate indoor environment and external weather conditions. We ensure only the freshest and highest quality fruit are hand selected and bought each day. Unfortunately once we dispatch our fruit a number of changes in conditions may result in their longevity being reduced.

To assist in maintaining freshness and taste, we recommend keeping fruit in a cool or refrigerated environment. Extreme heat or changes in climate or exposure to airconditioning for long periods may also have an adverse effect on the fruit. Unfortunately, with all the possible variables, it is difficult for us to guarantee the fruit quality and longevity in every case.

If there are any complaints regarding the quality at the time of delivery, please inform us the on the day of delivery so that we can arrange to replace the fruits. We'll not be able to entertain complaints about the quality of fruits after the day of delivery keeping the nature of product in mind.

But in all the above cases the order will be filled to value and no compromise will be made on quality.
